Alicia Tillman

Alicia loves to explore the body mechanics of athletes and her life has been devoted to finding ways for athletes to get stronger, recover faster, and perform at the highest level they can. She is a NASM certified trainer, sports performance coach, mobility and flexibility specialist and 500hr certified yoga instructor with a focus on Yoga for Athletes. Coming from playing basketball for most of her life and transitioning to endurance sports after knee injuries, she has developed and proven multiple flexibility and mobility programs for injury prevention and recovery. Her goal is bring out the best in every athlete she works with, on and off the court or field.
