Rachel grew up in Virginia and moved to Daytona Beach where she graduated from International Academy. She has been practicing therapeutic massage since 2011 and specializes in a number of therapeutic modalities and Sports Massages. Throughout her life, she was an all-star cheerleader and coach, which sparked her interest in movement, muscle recovery and injury rehabilitation. Rachel has a genuine passion for healing through massage therapy and helping people live as pain free as possible.
