Chad Faulkner

Chief Executive Officer

Meet Chad Faulkner, Chief Executive Officer. A passionate and experienced leader, Chad cares deeply about everything Sports Academy influences and has committed with responsibility to deliver. He guides the Sports Academy Team to greater opportunities wherever they can deliver meaningful and inspiring value.

Chad finished his football career as a Captain of Hall of Fame Coach Bill Snyder’s first team at Kansas State University in 1989. He was an All-Big 8 offensive linemen his senior year and was awarded the distinguished Keck Award based on a student-athlete’s performance on the field, in the classroom and as a citizen.

After a short career consulting in the health care field, Chad and his childhood friends from Kansas started their first business together in 1993. From these entrepreneurial roots have grown many opportunities employing over 5,000 families throughout the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Most of all, Chad is proud to continue to journey purposefully with so many inspiring and long-time friends in pursuing growth with these companies.

Chad serves on several non-profit Boards including the Special Forces Charitable Trust, Snyder Leadership Legacy Fellows, Soaring with Eagles Foundation, and the Sports Academy Foundation. He is always looking for an opportunity to support true development and provide lasting solutions that improves the quality of life for all involved.

Chad loves all music, especially Pearl Jam, outlaw country and classic rap. He surfs, skis, snowboards and bikes whenever he gets a chance. But most of all, he is a loving husband to Leah and a proud father to Bella and Stone and a true friend to many.
