Every year, 62 chapters of Team Red, White and Blue work together to run cross-country with a specially selected out-of-commission American Flag in the Old Glory Relay. This year’s run covered 4,216 miles from the Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, Washington to Team RWB headquarters in Tampa, Florida.

Sports Academy Hosts Elite Sports California Running Clinic

Sports Academy recognizes the importance of not only being able to train well for your athletic goals but also being able to stay healthy and injury-free while doing so. On December 6th, members of our Track and Endurance staff and Integrated Sports Medicine team partnered up with Elite Sports California to host a complimentary seminar to teach runners how to prepare for a healthy, successful 2017 season.

The “Chase the Flag” series is a four-race series inspired by the US and UK Special Forces selection processes. These races are for those looking for a unique fitness experience and involve short distance, high intensity races.
