Great Race Training Program
Mamba Sports Academy is offering a training program in preparation for the Great Race of Agoura's 5K, 10K, Chesebro, and Pacific Half Marathon on April 6, 2019. The Great Race Training Program will focus on proper progression, running form, injury prevention and proper recovery. Training will include a weekly running schedule, one strength session, two group running sessions per week. This program is designed for beginners to advanced runners.

Athletes will be working with Mamba Sports Academy's experienced staff of running coaches and sports performance specialists for a Full-Circle approach to training.
Monday @ Mamba Sports Academy*

Attend any Adult Fitness Class
Wednesday @ Local Park or Track
9:00-10:15am (Park) or 6:00-7:15pm (Track)
Athletes will be placed in groups based on ability, experience and race goals for an interval workout. Sessions will be focused on running form & technique and interval training to improve running efficiency, strength and speed for all race distances.
Saturday @ Various Locations on the Great Race Courses
Meet at Chumash County Park in Agoura Hills for a long run on the various race courses.
Coaches: Jenny Kenyon, Julia Budniak, Cathy Wuesthoff and Additional Trail Runners to monitor the course.
$135 / 8-weeks | 3-days/Week Program
(includes Monday Adult Fitness classes AND Wednesday and Saturday running workouts)
$95 / 8-weeks | 2-days/Week Program
(includes Wednesday and Saturday running workouts ONLY)
$35 / 12-weeks | Digital At-Home Training Program
(includes written program emailed weekly & informational tutorials led by our Track & Endurance director and staff)

Adult Running Club
The Adult Running Club meets weekly to work on speed and endurance in preparation for road races, trail/adventure runs, triathlons, and for general fitness.Runners will work with our skilled running coaches to perfect running form and technique, improve core strengthening, and mobility/flexibility.

6:00-7:00am: Sand Conditioning & Strength Endurance
9:00-10:15am: Easy Run + General Strength/Running Technique
6:00-7:15pm: Easy Run + General Strength/ Running Technique
