sports academy summer basketball camps
Our Summer Basketball Camp is designed for beginner and intermediate basketball players ages 6-10 (with the exception of weeks 1, 2, and 11, which are open to boys and girls ages 6-16). who want to enhance their overall basketball skills. Groups will be broken up by skill level to enhance your experience and make sure each player is appropriately challenged. These camps will be led by Sports Academy Coaches and Trainers who are masters in maximizing your game. Each of these camps will be instructional, focused, and most of all, fun. These camps will complement our 94FEETOFGAME camps by offering camps to the younger aged athletes while utilizing some of the same techniques taught to our older groups.

For boys and girls ages 6-16. We build shooters from the ground up! Learn how to set yourself up with off-the-ball movement and team it with drills to improve your balance and form to improve your shooting percentage next season.

triple threat camp
Summer Camp // June 16 - June 20
For boys and girls ages 6-10. The fundamental basis for all offensive plays comes from the effective use of the Triple Threat Mentality – shoot, dribble, pass. Receive extensive reps on the fundamentals of Triple Threat combined with new wrinkles from the pro game to elevate your performance!

Summer Camp // June 23 - June 27
For boys and girls ages 6-10. Building upon strong ball-handling fundamentals, you’ll learn how to get defenders off balance and create space. Once accomplished, an array of finishing moves gives you the edge you’ve been looking for!
PICK & ROLL /PASSING & SCREENING CAMP
Summer Camp // June 30 - July 3
For boys and girls ages 6-10. Today's game of basketball is built around players being able to play in Pick and Roll situations. Our coaches have firm belief that every player should learn how to play pick and roll from multiple positions. The importance of screening angles, passing angles and timing will be taught in this camp. Learning how to be versatile as a player on and off the ball will be the focus of this camp. Players are never too young to understand the Pick and Roll concept. The art of passing and screening are lost fundamentals and this camp will bring those things back to life.

READ AND REACT CAMP - LEARNING SPACING/CUTTING/DRIVE AND KICK GAME

For boys and girls ages 6-10. Read and React camp is designed to help all young players learn how to play the game with and without the ball. Campers will learn how to read defenses and become better at making the right pass for teammates to have open shots. Teaching players how to play off the ball, learning concepts of spacing, cutting and off ball movement. Not every player plays the game with the ball in their hands. These camps are designed to help players grow their basketball IQ and the "Read and React Camp" designed by the mind of Phil Handy is the perfect camp to become better.
FOOTWORK Camp - BE ELITE WITH YOUR FEET
Summer Camp // July 28 - Aug. 1
For boys and girls ages 6-10. Improve your game when you step inside the three-point line by mastering your shot off of the dribble, fade-aways, and catch-and-shoot. Great footwork is the key to mastering the mid-range!

For boys and girls ages 6-10. For players who attended multiple sessions, this camp will pull it all together to take you a level higher! For those attending our camps for the first time, this all-around camp will make sure you leave with some new moves and knowledge to step your game up!
