Shipping policy

  • All ground orders are processed in 1-2 days Monday-Friday 
  • *please note: orders placed after 2pm will be processed and shipped the following business day
  • Ground orders should arrive 2-5 days after processing 
  • Due to same-day processing, we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed
  • 2 Day orders placed before 1 pm PST will be processed and shipped same day
  • 2 day orders placed after 1 pm PST on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following business day
  • Allow 24 hours for updates on all tracking information
  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes
