2025 NFL OFF-SEASON

Our comprehensive training program is designed specifically for NFL athletes, providing everything needed to excel during the off-season. Our expert team focuses on personalized strength training, conditioning, and recovery to ensure each athlete is fully prepared for the season ahead. We take a holistic approach, addressing every aspect of an athlete's training and recovery to ensure they’re in top physical condition when they return to the field.

  • bryan mccall

    Bryan McCall (also known as 'BMac') is the Executive Director of Performance at Sports Academy and has over 23 years of experience in athlete development. He has trained hundreds of professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and Olympics, preparing numerous athletes for the NFL Combine since 2003. From 2014-2022, he led the Michael Johnson Performance (MJP) NFL Pre-Draft Program, where several combine records were established under his guidance, including Rashan Gary (fastest edge over 270 lbs) and Shaquem Griffin (fastest linebacker in NFL Combine history). Notable athletes trained by BMac include Jerry Jeudy, Trevon Diggs, Dameon Pierce, and Davante Adams.

    BMac holds the Registered Strength Coach Certification Emeritus through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the CSCCa. He earned a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been instrumental in preparing first-round draft picks, Super Bowl Champions, Pro Bowlers, and Hall of Famers to compete at the highest level.

  • mo wells

    Mo Wells is the Director of Pro & Elite Sports at Sports Academy. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Professional Sports at The Kollective in Austin, TX, and was Vice President of Professional Sports for House of Athlete (HOA) in Weston, FL. At HOA, he trained top athletes such as Leonard Fournette, KJ Osborn, Jarvis Landry, Bijan Robinson, and Gervonta Davis, overseeing two of the top NFL Combine classes in 2021 and 2022. Before HOA, Mo was a strength & conditioning coach at IMG Academy, where he contributed to the 2020 National Championship football team and trained NFL prospects like Justin Jefferson and Patrick Queen.

    Mo has also worked at Michael Johnson Performance in Dallas, Traction Sports Performance in Baton Rouge, and EXOS in New York. A Shreveport, LA native and former sprinter hurdler at LSU, Mo holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and certifications from NSCA, USAW, USATF, and NASM.

  • Jordan Brown

    Jordan is the Sports Performance Manager at Sports Academy. With over 15 years of
    experience, Jordan has worked with hundreds of youth, high school, college, adult, special operations military, and elite athletes across the MLS, NFL, NHL, NBA, and
    MLB.

    Before joining the Sports Academy team, Jordan served as a Performance Manager
    at EXOS and was part of the strength and conditioning staff at Fresno State
    University, supporting football, baseball, tennis, and golf athletes.

    Jordan received two bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Davis
    where he played on the Football team, and a master’s degree in Kinesiology from A.T.

  • lindsey salwasser

    Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with Master’s Degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition Science. As the leader of the Sports Nutrition Program at Sports Academy, she provides elite nutrition services to athletes and clients. Over the past two years, Lindsey has overseen the fueling and hydration efforts for the Sports Academy NFL Pre-Draft and Off-Season programs, working with over 100 professional and collegiate athletes.

    Previously, she served as an Associate Athletic Director and Director of Performance Nutrition at the Division I NCAA level, including Washington State University, where she supported various sports. Lindsey’s passion lies in optimizing human performance through nutrition, hydration, and supplementation, providing custom plans to ensure clients achieve their peak health and performance.
