Ages 12-18 > Our Athletic Training Memberships are crafted to help middle and high school athletes unlock their full athletic potential. With a comprehensive approach, we integrate four key training programs: Jump School, Power School, Speed School, and Strength School. Each program is designed to develop specific athletic skills, ensuring a balanced and well-rounded foundation for peak performance.

    With over 11 years of experience in Sports Performance, Mo specializes in Strength &
    Conditioning, Manual Therapy, and Exercise Physiology. He has trained over 1,000 professional
    athletes which include Super Bowl Champions, NBA All Stars, Olympic Athletes, World Boxing
    Champions, High School & Collegiate National Champions as well as World Series Champions
    and All Pro NFL clientele. With two degrees and a plethora of certifications, Mo is regarded as
    one of the top entities in the professional sports performance industry globally tailoring all
    athletes experience here individually and backed in science as well as practicality.

  • Jessica Doublesin

    Jordan is the Sports Performance Manager at Sports Academy at The Star. With over 15 years of experience, Jordan has worked with hundreds of youth, high school, college, adult, special operations military, and elite athletes across the MLS, NFL, NHL, NBA, and MLB.

    Before joining the Sports Academy team, Jordan served as a Performance Manager at EXOS and was part of the strength and conditioning staff at Fresno State University, supporting football, baseball, tennis, and golf athletes.

    Jordan received two bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Davis where he played on the Football team, and a master’s degree in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University.
