Our Sports Academy performance coaches collaborate closely with physical therapists to ensure athletes return stronger and more resilient than ever. Our Return to Play program follows a systematic, objective, and evidence-based approach to rehabilitation, designed to optimize recovery and performance, helping athletes safely and effectively get back to their best.

Private Training

1 Session – $100
5 Sessions – $425
10 Sessions – $825

Group Training (2-4 Athletes)

Drop-in session price is $45.00 (no monthly commitment).

There will be a $150 charge for full diagnostic eval.

For best results and lowest rates lock-in for a 1 month commitment.  The price per month is $349 (with a 16-session maximum). The monthly rate also includes recovery.

Once enrolled all efforts will be made to group you with peers of your age and ability.

7-8AM, 9-10AM, 11-12AM, 5-6PM, 6-7PM
