Summer camps
Vertical jump camp - July 10th, 2026
A 1-day camp for volleyball and basketball athletes (all sports welcome) focused on building lower-body power, jump mechanics, and explosiveness.
Includes:
- Standing and approach vertical jump testing
- Sports science diagnostics
- Individual feedback on jump technique and mechanics
- 1 hour of plyometric training (force production, landing, reactive ability)
- 1 hour of strength training for vertical jump performance
Athletes leave with baseline jump data and coaching points to apply going forward.
3-day speed camp - July 15th, 16th, & 17th
A 3-day camp for athletes of all sports looking to improve acceleration, top speed, and change of direction—using the same methods we apply with our professional and NFL combine athletes to evaluate performance and refine sprint mechanics.
Each day targets a different aspect of speed:
- Day 1: Acceleration and transitional acceleration
- Day 2: Max velocity (top speed)
- Day 3: Change of direction
Throughout the camp, athletes complete sports science speed testing, video analysis of sprint kinematics, technique instruction, and supporting plyometric and strength work.
