Our Athletic Training Membership is specifically crafted to help youth unlock their full athletic potential.
Each membership includes & integrates four specialized training programs: Jump School, Power School, Speed School, and Strength School. These programs are designed to elevate every athlete’s performance, helping them jump higher, enhance rotational power and agility, increase linear speed, and build overall strength.

Power School is a specialized program focused on developing rotational power and strength.
Designed to enhance the core qualities of rotational movement, this program helps athletes generate greater force and improve performance in sports that rely on rotational movements for success.

Whether your goal is to generate more power in rotational and multidirectional movements or to develop explosive lower and upper body strength for throwing, swinging, kicking, or cutting, this program is for you.
If you want to boost your swing speed—such as exit velocity, club head speed, or service velocity—or reduce your times in multidirectional drills like the Pro-Agility, L-Drill, or 5-10-5 Agility, Power School will help you achieve your performance goals.
