Hockey Performance Training
High School
High School Sports Performance Training (9th–12th Grade)
Advanced performance programs to improve stride power, conditioning, lateral quickness, and full-body strength.
• Mon & Wed | 5–6 PM – Speed School
• Tues & Thurs | 6–7 PM – Power School
• Tues | 7–8 PM – Strength School
All sessions are led by certified performance coaches with expertise in developing hockey athletes—balancing explosiveness, mobility, and injury resilience.
