FLAG FOOTBALL

Sports Academy’s Winter Youth Flag Football League offers competitive and recreational divisions for individual and team sign-ups (8-12 players, 6v6 games). Divisions are based on grade: Pre-K to 8th grade (8 teams max per division, 4 teams for a competitive division). No residential restrictions apply, and reversible jerseys are provided, though competitive divisions can bring their own. Participants can also attend preseason and midseason camps.

Yes, during registration, you can request to be placed on the same team as friends. Team placements are subject to availability.

Answer: No, there are no residential restrictions, allowing teams to form freely from any area.

Reversible black-and-white jerseys are provided. Players should bring cleats, mouthguards, and water bottles. Competitive teams may choose to bring their own uniforms.

Divisions are based on grade levels, and teams can choose whether to participate in competitive or recreational leagues. A minimum of four teams is needed to form a competitive division.

The season typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the schedule and the number of teams.
