Luca Minoli

Luca is a certified massage therapist who tailors every massage to individual needs. He is a graduate of the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program at the National Holistic Institute and has completed over 1400 hours of education. His passion for massage is rooted in pain reduction and enhancing overall quality of life. Luca has extensive knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, orthopedic assessment, a wide breadth of injuries/pathologies and is able to use massage therapy to aid healing/management. His experience stretches over a multitude of modalities including assisted stretching, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue and Swedish massage. Luca is also studying for his NASM personal trainer certification, with a goal of combining exercise/conditioning with massage techniques to optimize overall health, performance, and recovery. The LA marathon is one of several sports events he has worked at, providing post-event sports massage. Prior professional experience includes working as a massage therapist in both a physical therapy office and spa setting. Luca is a firm believer that keeping your physical body healthy is essential to sustaining a healthy mind.

Luca was born and raised in Italy and moved to the U.S. at age 15. From the age of 7, Luca has participated in martial arts, including Judo, Kung Fu, Jiu Jitsu, and Krav Maga. At Bennington College, he studied visual arts and psychology and still enjoys creating art to this day in his favorite mediums: painting and photography. A lifelong animal lover, Luca worked at an emergency veterinary hospital before finding his passion in massage therapy. Nowadays he maintains an active lifestyle, especially through weightlifting, hiking, and snowboarding. Always having been drawn to nature, Luca finds peace in the ocean, desert, and mountains. Mediation and mindfulness are a vital part of Luca’s daily routine. He recently moved to Newbury Park with his husband and three rescue dogs… he has never been happier!
