As providers we are striving to find the source of the pain and dysfunction. This systematic approach to determine if there is a mobility/flexibility impairment vs. stability/strength impairment is key to managing and preventing further injury. Once a priority list is created, then a progressive corrective exercise strategy is put in place to address the dysfunctional movement patterns.
No matter who the client is and what the training volume is…it is essential to spend time in the recover and regeneration realm. Recovery can be multifaceted and based upon individual needs. Active Techniques and Passive Modalities are available here at Sports Academy. Our Recovery Suite and Massage Therapy Team specialize in a variety of modalities.Learn more
