Combining hot stones with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The heat relaxes muscles to allow the therapist access to deeper muscle layers, expand blood vessels to encourage blood flow throughout the body, and has a sedative effect that can relive chronic pain, reduces stress, and promote deep relaxation. Stones will be applied to one area of the body during the first 15 minutes of the massage.

Topical analgesic that uses the cooling effect of menthol, a natural pain reliever, to soothe minor muscles and joint pain. Biofreeze is applied during the massage to offer relief through cold therapy.
