3 X / week Full Body Circuit Interval Group Training (sessions available 7 days a week)
Train with our sports performance experts 3 times a week with a program designed to develop athletic skills and confidence in a fun, non – judgmental environment, while building strength and conditioning the body.

Workout schedule (all bootcamps start on the hour)

Monday – Friday: 6am – 10am and 3pm – 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Sunday: 10am – 3pm

Pre and Post Body Composition Testing
Our professional nutritionist will use state-of-the-art technology to provide you with a body composition evaluation and nutrition assessment based on the results.

Nutrition Seminar
Everything you ever wanted to know about food, dieting, and finding balance.
