3 X / week Full Body Circuit Interval Group Training (sessions available 7 days a week)
Train with our sports performance experts 3 times a week with a program designed to develop athletic skills and confidence in a fun, non – judgmental environment, while building strength and conditioning the body.
Workout schedule (all bootcamps start on the hour)
Dates: October 2nd – 28th
Monday – Friday: 6am – 10am and 3pm – 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Sunday: 10am – 3pm
