Who? boys and girls ages 12-14 & 15-18

Who is jump school for?
- Jump School is for you if you want to maximize your explosive jumping ability.
- If you’re aiming to jump with greater explosiveness and maximize your ability to apply your power.
- If you want to develop sound jumping and landing mechanics as well as reactive quickness to be explosive on the court, field, or track.
- If you need to increase your jumping height/distance or if you want to decrease reactive foot work and quickness.
