WHAT IS JUMP SCHOOL?

Jump School is a comprehensive jump program designed to enhance the fundamental qualities of improving explosive movement capacity. This class is comprised of a

  • Dynamic warm up that is specifically created to teach explosive, elastic and reactive properties for improving ballistic capacity.
  • The power section will include reactive quickness drills, explosive, elastic, and reactive jumping activities.
  • Strength training will be biased toward improve the rate of force development, contrasting plyometric and moving at high velocity under load.

WHO IS JUMP SCHOOL FOR?

  •  Jump School is for you if you want to maximize your explosive jumping ability.
  • If you’re aiming to jump with greater explosiveness and maximize your ability to apply your power.
  • If you want to develop sound jumping and landing mechanics as well as reactive quickness to be explosive on the court, field, or track.
  • If you need to increase your jumping height/distance or if you want to decrease reactive foot work and quickness.
