Stay Ready for Your Season With SA

With Fall sports postponed, Sports Academy is determined to provide youth, high school and college athletes with the opportunity, infrastructure and training to remain dedicated to and improving at their sport.

When the season starts, it’s not just that you won’t have lost a step—you’ll be better than ever.

In order to get you there, we are offering four (4) different types of memberships:

Athletic Membership

  • Available to High School-aged athletes
  • Focused on developing strength, power, quickness and agility
  • Four 60-minute sessions per week
  • Groups of 15, arranged by sport (all sports welcome)
  • Athletes can sign up with teammates, friends
  • $149 per month, per athlete

Full Circle Athlete Membership

  • Available to athletes in middle school through college
  • Available for Volleyball, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse and Field Hockey athletes
  • Completely individualized assessment, program and training for each athlete
  • Two dedicated coaches per athlete
  • Includes up to 5 Training Sessions per Week
  • Begins with a full diagnostic: Selective functional movement assessment, Bod-pod, Biomechanics testing and sports performance evaluation
  • Based on goals and evaluation, lead coach designs an individualized program for the athlete
  • Includes access to state-of-the-art Recovery Suite
  • $299 per month, per athlete

Elite Skills Membership

  • Available to athletes in middle school through college
  • Focused on developing the skills needed to excel in your specific sport
  • Available to Soccer, Basketball, and Indoor Volleyball athletes
  • Three 90-minute classes per week
  • Grouped with peers of the same skill-level for a class/team-like training environment
  • Each class builds upon the one prior, so that each athlete will progressively improve and be prepared to perform at the highest level
  • $325 per month, per athlete

Personal Training, Semi-Private & Small Group Training (Skills & Performance)

  • Available to all athletes
  • Includes both sports performance training and skills training (basketball, volleyball, soccer)
  • Ideal for those looking for packages flexible schedules catered to specific needs
  • Includes full monthly diagnostic testing and access to state-of-the-art Recovery Suite (for packages of eight or more sessions)
  • $35-$150, per session, per athlete (depending on package)
