Jump School is a comprehensive jump program designed to enhance the fundamental qualities of improving explosive movement capacity

When? 12-14 year olds- Monday & Wednesday - 5:00pm
15-18 year olds- Tuesday & Thursday - 5:00pm

Who? boys and girls grades 8th-12th

Requirements- Bring a water bottle

Who is jump school for?

  •  Jump School is for you if you want to maximize your explosive jumping ability.
  • If you’re aiming to jump with greater explosiveness and maximize your ability to apply your power.
  • If you want to develop sound jumping and landing mechanics as well as reactive quickness to be explosive on the court, field, or track.
  • If you need to increase your jumping height/distance or if you want to decrease reactive foot work and quickness.
