Jump School is a comprehensive jump program designed to enhance the fundamental qualities of improving explosive movement capacity

When? 12-14 year olds- Tuesday & Thursday - 8:00pm
15-18 year olds- Monday & Wednesday - 8:00pm

Who? boys and girls grades 8th-12th

Requirements- Bring a water bottle
