Speed School is a comprehensive sprint program designed to enhance the fundamental qualities of improving high velocity movement capacity.

When? 12-14 year olds Tuesday & Thursday - 7:00pm
15-18 year olds Monday & Wednesday - 7:00pm

Who? boys and girls grades 8th-12th

Requirements- Bring a water bottle

Who is speed school for?

  • Speed School is for you if you want to improve your sprinting speed.
  • If you want to be more explosive and quicker in starts.
  • If you want to run smoother and more efficiently in your acceleration.
  • If you need to shave off time in your event (40yd Dash, 60yd Dash, ¾ Court Sprint, 100/200m Dash, etc.)
